Oct. 28 - Div. III District Finals - Genoa H.S. - Eastwood 3, Woodmore 2 (1 OT) - The Wildcats sent the game to overtime with a late goal in regulation. The Wildcats opened the scoring on a goal from sophomore Kelsey Kaylor just over 10 minutes into the game. Freshman Emma Hahn assisted on the goal. But, Eastwood got the tying goal just 11 seconds later. Eastwood took the lead on a tally just four minutes into the second half and the game stayed that way until sophomore Izzy Helmke scored with just 4:53 left in regulation. Sophomore Camille Strong assisted on the goal. The winning goal came with 6:01 left in the first overtime. Senior Layla McGinnis had three saves in the contest.
