Helped the team to the 1993 track and field Div. III state team title (34 pts., shared with Middletown Fenwick) by winning the 400 meters (58.57), finishing fifth in the 200 meters (26.60), and helping the 1600 relay team to a third-place finish (4:07.31, Rachel Harder, Traci Sandwisch, Angela Michael); won the 100 (13.1), 200 (26.0), and 400 (57.7) and was second in the long jump (16-8) helping the team win the Suburban Lakes League team title
Helped the team to a fifth-place team finish in the 1992 Div. III state track meet (24 points) finishing fifth in the 100 meters (12.62), fifth in the 200 meters (26.06), winning the 400 meters (57.92), and helping the 1600 relay team to the state title (4:05.29, Leslie Walker, Traci Sandwisch, Amy Dolph); won the long jump (16-5), the 100 (12.7), 400 (59.4), and 200 (26.5) in the SLL meet as Woodmore was second as a team
Helped the team to a tie for fifth-place finish in the 1991 Div. III state track meet (20 points) finishing second in the 100 meters (12.92), and second in the 200 meters (26.31); won the long jump (16-5 ΒΌ), 100 (12.6), 400 (1:01.7), and 200 (26.4) in the SLL meet as Woodmore won the team title
Was a member of the 1600 relay team that placed third in the Div. III state meet in 1990 (4:08.60, Melissa Hinkle, Traci Sandwisch, Amy Dolph); won the 100 (12.9), 200 (26.9), and 400 (1:01.0) in the SLL meet and was on the winning 1600 relay squad (Melissa Hinkle, Tracy Sandwisch, Amy Dolph) as the team finished third
Was a 10-time placer in the state track and field meet; won 14 individual events during her career at the SLL meet and was on one winning relay team
Was third on the team and 38th overall running for the cross country team in 1992 when the Wildcats captured the state title; ran a time of 19:54
