April 29 - SBC Meet (Woodmore H.S.) - The boys team finished second in the five-school event. Hopewell-Loudon had 121.5 points to finish ahead of Woodmore (82), Northwood (77.5), St. Joseph CC (40), and Arcadia (26). Woodmore won four events, three of those relays. The 3200 relay team of senior Drake Blausey, junior Myles Byrd, freshman Coleton Shaner, and senior Brady Thatcher won the event in a time of 9:05.5. The 800 foursome of junior Jesse Lopez, freshman Ish Nagy, Blausey, and junior Landon Rich won in a time of 1:36.1. And, the 1600 relay team of Thatcher, Byrd, Shaner, and Blausey finished first in a time of 3:35.9. Rich was the only athlete to win an individual event taking the 100 with a time of 11.3 Rich was second in the 200 with a time of 23.3 and Blausey was third with a time of 23.6. Byrd was second in the 1600 running 5:20.9 and the 400 relay team of Lopez, junior Adyn Smith, Nagy, and Rich were second in a time of 45.3. Freshman Santiago Quiroga was third in the 800 with a time of 2:24.4 and Lopez was third in the long jump with a best effort of 17-10 1/2.
