Played football and baseball at Woodmore (1968-70)

Has served as the voice of Wildcat football for the last 45 years; has been the voice of Wildcat basketball for the last 35 years

His years as a PA announcer have always been as a volunteer; other than working a few OHSAA tournament games, he has never been paid

Took over for long-time PA announcer Jack Chalk, a local minister, in the fall of 1977 after Chalk was transferred to another church

An avid golfer, Dave has been a high school softball umpire for 29 years and he has worked the state final four 10 times

Dave was in local banking for 25 years before working for Ottawa County as the Director of the Department of Job and Family Services

Also served as the Harris Township fiscal officer for more than 37 years

Currently: Retired; Resides in Elmore, Ohio
