As a freshman (1992) was fourth individually in the Div. II state meet running 18:56 helping the team to the state title with 114 points

As a sophomore (1993) was third individually in the Div. II state meet running 19:00 helping the team to the state title with 76 points

As a junior (1994) was second individually in the Div. III state meet running 18:38.9 helping the team to the state title with 75 points

As a senior (1995) was fourth individually in the Div. III state meet running 19:03 helping the team to a state runner-up finish with 94 points

Still holds the 800-meter school record in track and field at 2:17.0 set in 1996; is on the 3200 record-setting relay that still holds the school record at 9:25.1 (Andrea Jensen, Lindsay Travis, Angie Michael)

Helped team to the regional championship as a sophomore and senior and they were regional runners-up in her freshman and junior seasons; helped team to the district team title all four years

As a freshman (1993) was on the 3200 relay team that placed second (9:40.03 – Andrea Jensen, Traci Sandwisch, Stacy Heins) in the state Div. III meet; was second in the 3200 with a time of 11:23.53; team won the state title with 34 points; helped the team to the Suburban Lakes League title

As a sophomore (1994) was on the 3200 relay team that won the Div. III state title (9:39.08 – Angie Michael, Andrea Jensen, Stacy Heins); was fifth in the 1600-meter run in the state meet with a time of 5:13.37; was third in the 3200-meter run at with a time of 11:34.41; team tied for 8th in the state meet with 18 points

As a junior (1995) was on the 3200 relay team that won the Div. III state title (9:28.43 – Angie Michael, Ellie Kanipe, Andrea Jensen); was fourth in the 800-meter run in the state meet with a time of 2:20.15; was fourth in the state meet in the 1600-meter run with a time of 5:07.09; was part of the 1600-meter relay team that finished second in the state meet with a time of 4:04.5 (Rachel Harder, Angie Michael, Ellie Kanipe); team finished fourth in the state with 33 points; helped team win the SLL team title

As a senior (1996) was on the 3200 relay team that won the Div. III state title (9:25.1 - Andrea Jensen, Lindsay Travis, Angie Michael); helped the team to a second-place finish in the SLL

Was a 10-time placer at the state track meet and placed among the top four in the state cross country meet all four years
