The HS boys cross country team placed 24th in the Liberty Center Extravaganza. Marcus Shroder was the top finisher in 114th-place with a time of 19:21.21. The top finisher for the girls was Wren Lewis who placed 67th with a time of 22:51.15.
The MS boys cross country team placed 2nd at the Liberty Center Extravaganza with 77 points. The Wildcats had 4 runners in the top 22 led by a ninth-place finish by Cooper Martin running 11:57.62. The top finisher for the girls was Grace Blausey in 49th-place in 15:08.04.
The boys soccer team lost a 12-2 decision at Genoa as Blake Baughman and Ryne Donley scored the goals. Blake Avers and Auden Hemminger had the assists. Jack Avers had seven saves in goal.
The JV football team was a 38-14 winner at home over Willard. Lucas Caldwell had four rushing touchdowns while Mason McGee passed to Collin Perkins for the other score. McGee also had three passes for two-point conversions while Caldwell had a two-point run.
The HS football team posted a 62-20 win at Willard in SBC River play. The Wildcats scored 4 touchdowns in the first quarter and outgained the Flashes, 437-194. Landon Rich rushed for 190 yards and 3 touchdowns while Calvin Lipstraw threw for 3 scores. WHS led 41-12 at the half.
Our Woodmore Elementary ROAR winners were congratulated today by a VERY special suprise guest!! I managed to sneak out visitor around to visit some of our other students without getting caught by Mr. Barrett. Shhhhh!!! Don't tell!!







Next week is Homecoming! To celebrate, all schools will be having a Spirit Week - and all of the info is here in one post! Our high school students are in red and our elementary/middle school students are in yellow. We're excited to celebrate! Congratulations to our High School Student of the Month Bailey Meggitt, Senior Student of the Month Camille Strong, and High School Teacher of the Month Mr. Dylan Unverferth! They were recognized at last night's Board Meeting. Way to go Wildcats! 💙💛



The high school volleyball teams lost matches at Danbury - the varsity lost, 25-18, 25-16, 26-24; the JV team lost, 26-24, 21-25, 25-13.
The girls golf team won a dual match at Hidden HIills GC over Lake, 193-238. Abbey Tucker and Satori Alter both shot 47 to lead the Wildcats. Jordyn Dunn shot 49, Lexi Martin 50, Olivia Sentle 55, Anastasia Unum 63, and Emerie Kinn 71.
The girls soccer team won 7-0 at Port Clinton. Kelsey Kaylor had 3 goals and an assist and Izzy Helmke had a goal and an assist. Emma Hahn, Bailey Meggitt, and Karli Heins also had goals. Rylie Hesselbart, Wren Lewis, and Willow Lewis had assists. WHS goalkeepers had 3 saves.
The JV boys golf team lost a dual match at Sugar Creek GC to Genoa, 201-205. TJ Cunningham shot 44 to lead Woodmore. Avery Reiser shot 49, Bowen Ish 51, John Schreck and Nathan Larrison both shot 55, Liam Combs and Dillon Fulweber both shot 57.
The middle school volleyball teams split matches at home with Danbury - the 7th grade won, 21-25, 25-11, 25-20; the 8th grade lost, 25-7, 25-15.
