The varsity baseball team earned an 11-1 win at home over Gibsonburg in six innings. Keil Almroth tossed a complete game allowing four hits and no earned runs with 12 strikeouts. Eight different players had a hit and six different players had a run scored and/or an RBI.
The varsity softball team defeated Gibsonburg 11-8 at home. Olivia Scavio went the distance on the mound with six strikeouts. Seven different players had RBI. Five different players had two hits. Rebekah Wauford, Aubrey Becerra, and Payton Whitcum each had two hits and two RBI.

Mr. Schlea's Science class learned how to use Bunsen burners today! They focused on safety first, and then learned how to adjust the flame, followed by some hands-on practice. What an "illuminating" day in class!

Our very own Harper Beck was one of the OSS Billboard Contest winners this year! Her artwork was selected from over 1,000 entries to represent Sandusky County. Her billboard is up on St. Rt. 51 heading toward Elmore - check it out! Congratulations, Harper!

The JV baseball game this afternoon at home vs. Calvert has been cancelled and re-scheduled for May 7.
The varsity baseball team scored three runs in the last two innings to post a come-from-behind 7-6 win at home over Lake. Keil Almroth got the win as the last of three Wildcat pitchers. Michael Seeger, Cole Potridge, and Almoth each had two hits.
The varsity softball team lost a 9-0 decision at Tiffin Calvert. Olivia Scavio, the Wildcat pitcher, had a single and Kelsey Kaylor had a double for the Woodmore hits.
The boys and girls middle school track teams both placed third in a SBC quad meet at Gibsonburg. The boys won one relay and had four individual winners while the girls placed second in two relays and had individuals finish second in four events.
The varsity baseball team was a 12-1 winner at St. Joseph CC in six innings. Three pitchers combined to toss a one-hitter with five strikeouts. Griffin Thomas had two hits, scored three runs , and drove in two. Cole Potridge had one hit, a triple, and scored three runs.

When March Mammal Madness concluded in the Middle School last week, three students came out on top with the best brackets! The winners from Mr. Schlea, Mrs. Garcia, and Mrs. Floro were Mariana Carter, Maverick Renken, and Conner Brossia. Congratulations!

The varsity softball team lost two games at Genoa - 20-10 to Swanton in five innings and 9-8 to Genoa. Olivia Scavio pitched both games for the Wildcats. Camille Strong had 3 hits in the first game and Scavio, Alexys Becerra, and Izzy Helmke each had 2 hits in the second game.
The HS girls track team was fifth and the boys seventh in the Lakota Invite as both teams placed in 11 events. The girls 3200 and 400 relays finished first and Wren Lewis won the 800. Best finish for the boys was a second by Ryan Maynard in the shot put.
The varsity baseball team was a 15-4 winner at Port Clinton in six innings. Ryne Donley started and went four innings allowing six hits and three earned runs. Collin Perkins tossed the last two innings. Gavin Donley had three hits, including two doubles, and drove in three.
