Dear Woodmore Community,

We will be conducting our Kindergarten Screening on May 3rd, 4th and 5th. Please see the attached link to register your child for screening. Your child must be five years old before August 1st to attend Kindergarten this year.

Please bring the following documents with you to your appointment:

-Certified copy of the child's birth certificate. (This is issued from the state)

-Social Security card if available

-Parent's ID

-Proof of Residence. This has to be current, tied to the address being used, and list parent’s name. The most current utility bill is the easiest and most commonly used document for this.

-Custody Documents, if applicable.

After April 25th:

Please complete Final Forms for the 2023-24 school year before attending the screening. This will open for next year at the end of April. There is a link on our website under the News and Information tab. Please select the enroll your student tab for the link. This must be completed to enroll your child in Kindergarten.

Before starting school, your child must have a physical, dental checkup, and provide immunization records or a waiver form. Forms will be available at screening.
