Elementary Parents! Here is your Halloween activities reminder!

Costume Parade will start at 9:30, followed by classroom parties (teachers will send out the specifics for each classroom). Loved Ones to Lunch will begin with last names A-D at 11:35, I-Q at 12:15, and R-Z at 12:50. Please contact the school with any questions!

Attention Middle School and 3rd/4th grade parents: Mr. Kigar is starting up the Chess Club again! It will run every Wednesday from October 29th through February in Mrs. Floro's room. Next week is Homecoming! To celebrate, all schools will be having a Spirit Week - and all of the info is here in one post! Our high school students are in red and our elementary/middle school students are in yellow. We're excited to celebrate! Be sure to keep an eye out for posts of all of the festivities to come next week!

After communicating with our alert provider this morning, we received this response as to why the 2 hour delay notifications did not go out:
"We were performing system administration updates on Alerts early this morning which temporarily made the system unavailable.
Our Alerts system was back online at 6am CT and should be operating as expected moving forward!"

We are continuing our communication with them to ensure that this is resolved and will not affect our ability to communicate future delays or closings. Thank you!

Former Woodmore grad, Hunter Allen, was drafted in the 7th round of the MLB draft by the Baltimore Orioles. A right-handed pitcher, Hunter was 7-1 with a 3.96 ERA in 61.1 innings at Ashland University in 2025. Congratulations, Hunter.
