On July 27, 2025, Woodmore Schools unexpectantly lost one of our beloved work family members, Lori Ann Sandwisch. Many of our staff, students and community members knew Lori, who spent 12 years as a bus driver and the last 4 as Assistant Treasurer in the Board Office. Lori was an integral part of the Treasurer’s office and excelled in the many roles she filled, always willing to help our district in whatever way she could. Lori was trusting, hardworking and compassionate, with a fierce strength which was appreciated and admired. She was married to Jeff Sandwisch, who was our Transportation Director for 30 years and recently retired. Not a day goes by where we don’t miss her charisma, spunk, smile and laughs!
Earlier this week, Mr. McCarthy's class headed out into the community to work together as a team and practice navigating the community safely - all while picking up around the school! Awesome job, Wildcats! 💙💛
