
The varsity softball team earned a 12-1 win at St. Mary CC in five innings. Cameran Quisno tossed a complete-game four-hitter with 11 strikeouts. She also had three RBI at the plate. Taylor Hill had a double and three RBI and Kelsey Kaylor had two hits.

The varsity baseball team lost a 6-4 decision at St. Mary Central Catholic. Michael Seeger had 2 RBI and Harry LaMunyon had an RBI as WHS managed just three hits. Keil Almroth starter and worked 4.1 innings allowing 3 earned runs. Calvin Lipstraw finished the game.

The boys are first and the girls are third after the first day of the SBC Track Championships at Clyde. There were only 3 finals on the first day. Coleton Shaner is the SBC champ in the 800 and Nick Vargo won the shot put. The boys had 8 and girls 3 athletes advance to finals.

The varsity softball team lost a 10-0 decision in five innings at New Riegel. Woodmore had just one hit in the game, a single by Taylor Hill. Cameran Quisno started and Olivia Scavio and Hill also pitched.

The JV baseall team earned 5-4 win at Otsego. Blane Overmyer tossed a complete-game six-hitter allowing 3 earned runs with 9 strikeouts. Wesley Kayser had 3 hits and scored 3 runs, Mason Busdiecker had 2 RBI, Keegan Strong had 2 hits and an RBI, and Adley Anstead had an RBI.

The vasity basebal team was a 5-2 winner at home over St. Joseph CC. Trace Murphy started and pitched 5 innings allowing 4 hits and 1 earned run. Keil Almroth pitched the last 2 innings. Murphy had 2 hits and an RBI, Luke Avers had an RBI double, and Michael Seeger had 2 hits.

During today's lunchtime, we had a special surprise from none other than Woody the Wildcat! Amidst the cheers and anticipation, we proudly unveiled the newest members of the National Honor Society for the academic year 2024-2025.
Congratulations to all the outstanding students who have been selected to join this esteemed group! Your dedication to scholarship, leadership, service, and character has truly set you apart. We are immensely proud of your achievements and excited to see the positive impact you will continue to make within our school community and beyond.

The varsity softball game this afterrnoon at home vs. Oak Harbor has been cancelled.

The varsity softball team earned an 8-3 win at Old Fort. Cameran Quisno started and pitched all the way allowing only four hits and two earned runs. She hadd two hits and three RBI at the plate. Emmaleigh Lawrence, Olivia Scavio, and Taylor Hill each had two hits.

The varsity baseball team lost a 10-4 decision at Old Fort. Keil Almroth had two hits and two RBI while starting pitcher Parker Hahn had the other RBI. Hahn went five innings allowing six earned runs and striking out five. Calvin Lipstraw pitched the last innning.

The boys MS track team won 15 of 16 events in a home tri-meet and the girls won nine events as both won the meet with SJCC and New Riegel. Sophia Bell won the shot and discus for the girls while Robert Seeger won three events and Coleton Shaner two for the boys.

Congratulations to these middle school students who received awards/ribbons at the 5 County Art Show in Oak Harbor on April 20 & 21, 2024! Way to go Wildcats!

The JV baseball team beat Arcadia on the road, 11-1, in five innings. Blane Overmyer tossed all five innings allowing one hit with nine strikeouts. Overmyer and Wesley Kayser both had two hits and one RBI. Adley Anstead had one hit and 2 RBI.

The boys MS track team placed second in the Elmwood Invite with 136 points. Colton Shaner won the 800 and 1600 and Robert Seeger won both hurdle events. Overall, the boys team placed in 14 events.

The girls MS track team finished sixth in the Elmwood Invite with 61.5 points. Karli Heins won the 100 for the only first-place finish. Heins placed second in the 200 and the Wildcats had athletes place in four other individual events and three relays.

The HS boys track team finished ninth in the Port Clinton Invite with 31 points. Drake Blausey won the 800 and teammate Myles Byrd was second. Byrd was sixth in the 1600 and Landon Rich placed in both the 100 and 200.
