Chess club started yesterday at the Middle School with a new addition this year! Mr. Ball opened up the club to 2nd-4th grade students as well, and what a turnout! Middle school played first, and then made sure everything was set up for the elementary students. A few even stuck around to help some of the newer players learn the game.
Thank you to Mr. Ball for leading the group, and thank you to our middle schoolers for being great role models for our younger Wildcats!

Thank you to all of the current and former Woodmore students and parents who volunteered to help serve meals yesterday at the free Thanksgiving meal at the high school!

Mrs. Sander's and Ms. Muir's second grade classes got together for a lesson from Mrs. Ramlow on including others even when they are different from you! We watched a TED Talk by 10 year old Cole Blakeway called "We Are All Different-and that's Awesome!" followed by an activity where the students were paired up with the goal of getting to know someone new who might be different (and the same!) in many ways.

Congratulations to Miss Gerber's November Elementary Musicians of the Month!

Don't forget! We have a 2 hour delay tomorrow, Tuesday 11/14!

Our Elementary and Middle Schools honored our local Veterans this morning! They served them breakfast, thanked them for their service, and the Kigar brothers played Echo Taps.
Thank you for your service!

Last week our first graders took a trip to Jason's Pumpkin Patch! They got to have fun in the kid zone, go on a hay ride, and learn about farm animals. What a fun day!

Our bus drivers are the best!! 💙💛

We are ready to welcome our Wildcats for a fun-filled day today!

Presenting Miss Gerber's Elementary Music Students of the Month for October!
Miss Gerber says that these students are the star musicians of their entire grade level this month! Thank you for always following directions and doing your best during the entire music lesson!
Congratulations Wildcats! 💙💛

Our Biddy Cross Country Team took 1st place at the Gibsonburg end of season team meet with a team score of 66 points! Hudson placed 2nd overall, running a 4:05 1km and Maverick took 3rd running a 4:08 1km. Way to go Wildcats!!

Today, 4th grade students gathered to hear candidate speeches for student council in Mrs. Welch's room. They all put so much thought and effort into their speeches and have shown themselves to be leaders in the school, that Mrs. Pressler and Mrs. Clouse decided that they would ALL get to be a part of student council this year! That doesn't happen every year! Congratulations to our newest STUCO members!

Mr. Clouse's 3rd graders helped Mrs. Ross' and Mrs. Clouse's preschoolers during our School Evacuation Drill today. Thank you 3rd graders for being leaders and positive role models for our littlest Wildcats!
