
The HS girls basketball games tonite vs. Lakota will be played as scheduled with the four-quarter JV game beginning at 5:30, followed by the varsity contest.

The middle school girls basketball teams split at home with Lakota - the 8th grade won, 20-16, as Liv Sentle scored seven points, Alexys Becerra six points, and Myra Huss five points; the 7th grade lost, 27-13, as Lacey Schultze scored five points.

The middle school boys basketball teams split at Lakota - the 7th grade won, 41-30, as Joe Barr scored 15 points and Grayson Thatcher added 12 points; the 8th grade lost, 42-16, as Owen Herrig scored seven points and Bowen Ish scored five points.

The middle school girls basketball teams lost games at Hopewell-Loudon - the 7th grade lost, 26-10, as Emilee Barr scored four points; the 8th grade lost, 34-14, as Alexys Becerra scored six points.

The mniddle school boys basketbal teams split games at home with Hopewell-Loudon - the 7th grade won, 41-21, as Avery Clouse scored 16 points and Joe Barr added nine points; the 8th grade lost, 43-24, as Bowen Ish and John Schreck each scored six points.

The middle school girls basketball teams lost games at Hopewell-Loudon - the 7th grade lost, 26-10, as Emilee Barr scored four points; the 8th grade lost, 34-18, as Sonia Alarcon scored five points and Olivia Sentle scored four points.

The middle school girls basketball teams lost games at Gibsonburg - the 7th grade lost, 44-6, as Emilee Barr and Lacey Schultze each scored two points; the 8th grade lost, 34-18, as Sonia Alarcon scored five points and Olivia Sentle added four points.

The midlde school boys basketball teams swept Gibsonburg on the road - the 7th grade won, 42-25, as Grayson Thatcher scored 12 points and Chase Allen added 10 points.; the 8th grade won, 24-16, as Bowen Ish scored eight points and Owen Herrig added six points.

The middle school basketball games today (both boys and girls) against Danbury are cancelled and there will be no middle school athletic practices today.

The middle school girls wrestling team finished second in the Wodomore Invite with 59 points, eight less than Fremont Ross. Tinley Thieroff (98) and Reagan Walper (128) both won their weight class. Harmony Kroetz was second at 122 pounds.

Attention Woodmore Elementary and Middle School Families - we have an amazing opportunity for you this afternoon!
We have received many generous donations from Toys for Tots and are going to provide an opportunity for all of our PK-8 families to come through the PreK-8 cafeteria and join their child/children in choosing a donated item for Christmas. This will take place today, December 20, 2024, after our early dismissal from 1:30 pm-3:30 pm. Please note that all students MUST be accompanied and supervised by an adult as they choose their item.

The middle school wrestling team split dual matches beating Margaretta, 36-17, and losing to host St. Joseph CC, 42-36. Bryce Ruch, Dean Jendrzejak, Luke Geldine, Lucas Caldwell, and TJ Cuningham all won two matches.

The middle school boys basketball teams split at home with Calvert. The 7th grade won, 29-23, as Grayson Thatcher and Chase Allen each scored eight points. The 8th grade lost, 45-25, as Bowen Ish scored 12 points and Owen Herrig scored six points.
